Arceus Once you beat Mewtwo, it can be found in the Hall of Origin on top of Mt. Silver.
Articuno Can be caught on Seafoam Island.

If selected second, the Silver Wing can be obtained in the S.S. Anne later on.
Mew After beating the Elite Four, head to the route above Cerulean City and Bill’s grandfather will give Mew to you.
Mewtwo After beating Red, the Master Trial will be available where Mewtwo is.
Moltres It is located in a new cave near Seafoam Island after finishing the Kanto story.
Palkia It is located in Mt. Silver but you need Regigigas in your party.
Raikou Will roam the map when it is free.
Rayquaza It is located in the Dragon’s Den in Blackthorn City, but you need a Dragonite, Garchomp, and Salamence in your party.
Regigigas It can be caught on Route 22.
Suicune After beating the Elite Four, you need to have the Clear Bell first and Suicune will be available in the Tin Tower.
